Monday: December Balance of Payments data will see light in Japan. December Industrial Output data will see light in Spain, currently with an impressive 5.7% annual expansion.

Tuesday: Money Supply data will see light in Japan. Analysts expect M3 broad Money to continue bloating at a pace of 2.5% annually. In Germany, December Industrial Production data will see light. In the U.S. December’s Wholesale Inventories data will see light, with analysts eyeing further contraction in their level. Coca Cola (KO) will release the fourth quarter’s earnings report and an Earnings Report is also due by Walt Disney (DIS).

Wednesday: January’s Producer Price Index data will be released in Japan. In France, Italy and the U.K., December’s Industrial Production data will see light. In the U.S., the weekly MBA Mortgage Applications will see light.

Thursday: December’s Trade Balance data will see light in Russia. In the U.S., the weekly Initial Jobless Claims data will see light, with analysts expecting it to continue hovering at sub 300K levels, with the consensus at 280K.

Friday: In Germany, the Final estimate for January’s Consumer Price Index will see light. January Consumer Price Index will also be released in Spain, where analysts expect a slight moderation in annual core inflation, to 0.7%. Preliminary Gross Domestic Product data on the fourth quarter will see light for Germany and Italy, followed by the Advance Eurozone Aggregate GDP for the fourth quarter. In the U.S., January’s Advance Retail Sales data will see light, followed by February’s Preliminary University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index.
