Amazon Has 3 Big Moves In The Works

As mentioned above, Amazon has three key plans that will likely take their business to the next level. Here are the three main objectives the company is working on…

  • Delivery Service – Amazon knows that when it comes to maintaining a leadership role in online retail, one of the most important factors is ensuring that shipping speeds are incredibly fast. As a result, the company has been buying freight liners, leasing airplanes, and even hiring drivers in an uber-like fashion. Ultimately, the company is working on creating its own shipping service, and it’s working quickly.

  • Echo & Alexa – In late 2014, Amazon announced that Echo was available. At the time, the home service was nothing more than a fancy radio for your house. However, today it has grown to be something incredible. Amazon recently attached an artificial intelligence software known as Alexa to the Echo. Now, the home service not only plays music, but it can order pizza for you, it can open the blinds for you, it can control your lights, in reality, it can do just about anything you need done in your home with the exception of cleaning and repairs. The in home infotainment system is absolutely amazing, and will likely drive massive amounts of revenue for the company.

  • Cloud Computing – Finally, Amazon has been a player in cloud computing for a short period of time. However, they have already taken a large market share in the industry with Amazon Web Services. This low cost cloud computing service is one of the strongest options online today, and it is incredibly profitable for Amazon.
