Apple (AAPL) was once considered to be a stock that is a sure bet to invest into. The stock has been known to produce stellar gains year over year. However, over the past year, it has struggled. In fact, over the past year, Apple’s stock has fallen by 16%. So, it is in desperate need of a pick me up. Nonetheless, the company seems to have something up its sleeve. Every year, in Spring, Apple holds an event to show off the latest and greatest of the technology the company has been able to come up with. This year, the event will be held on March 21st, which will likely be a big day for the stock. Today, we’ll talk about what experts are expecting to see, what we can expect from Apple’s stock price, and how binary options traders can profit from the trends.

What We Can Expect To See From This Year’s Event

Last year’s event flopped. However, this year might be a bit different for Apple. You see, one of the big keys to these events is surprise. It was something that Steve Jobs was great at, but Tim Cook failed miserably at during the last event. However, this year, we’re not seeing leaks like we did last year. So, no one really knows what to expect. That’s a great sign. There is one clue though. Every year, when Apple sends out its invites, it includes some kind of catchy little phrase. For example, last year’s event had the term Spring Forward on the invitations. This, we later found out had to do with the release of the Apple Watch. This year, the invitations have the phrase, “Let us loop you in” on them. Few have speculated what this hints toward, but The Verge thinks that it could be the comeback of the lanyard loop that the iPod Touch used to have.

Aside from the let us loop you in hint, there hasn’t been much else offered with regard to what to expect. However, that doesn’t stop people from speculating. So far, experts have voiced that they expect for Apple to show off a new 4 inch iPhone that will be known as the iPhone SE. It is also expected that Apple will be unveiling a new iPad that’s expected to be smaller than other versions. The new iPad is expected to be 9.7 inches. Other than these, I haven’t seen anything that seems to be widely expected.
