Some of you like to buy low priced speculative issues. Low priced stock fluctuate wildly so in an effort to smooth things out a bit I used Barchart to screen stocks trading for under $10 first by the number of new highs they made in the last month, then for technical buy signals of 80% or better then again for a 50-100 Day MACD Oscillator buy signal. As always I use the Flipchart feature to review the charts.
The stocks added to the Barchart Van Meerten Speculative portfolio today are Dara Biosciences (NASDAQ:DARA), Ifan Financial (OTCPK:IFAN), Bank of Commerce(NASDAQ:BOCH) and AXT Inc (NASDAQ:AXTI).
